Documented record

The source submission’s ninth count is based on a firsthand witness account. According to that account, Jennifer Pan Adams spent roughly 30 minutes on a bank call on November 23, 2024 seeking a chargeback for an RSNA conference registration.

The witness alleges that Jennifer represented herself as her mother, said she did not recognize the RSNA charge, referred to owning an acupuncture clinic and did not alter her voice while claiming to be Ping Xiao Adams. The submission separately alleges that Jennifer treated virtual conference attendance as days off while representing the conference differently to her employer.

The source submission identifies direct verification routes: telephone records showing a lengthy call to a financial institution, the bank’s chargeback file and employer communications concerning the conference.
