RadarJobs in Codex and ChatGPT
The RadarJobs plugin connects to your existing RadarJobs account through an OAuth authorization flow hosted by Revenir. During connection, Revenir processes your account identity, the requesting client, the permissions you approve, and short-lived authorization data. Access and refresh tokens are stored as one-way hashes. The plugin does not ask ChatGPT to collect your password, API key, payment-card details, or access token.
When you use the plugin, Revenir processes the minimum account and product data needed for the requested feature. This may include your RadarJobs setup and access state, structured job-search filters such as role, location, engagement type, and rate, a selected opportunity ID, and your existing recommendation results. The plugin does not return your password, payment details, API keys, raw resume text, or complete profile to ChatGPT. It does not start provider crawling, resume processing, recommendation generation, or additional Revenir language-model processing.
For security, service measurement, and account support, Revenir records the account, time, tool or endpoint, structured filter names, response status, result count, and latency. Revenir does not store the user's complete ChatGPT prompt in this plugin telemetry. Infrastructure providers may also process network and security logs. These records follow Revenir's existing account and operational retention practices. Account-bound plugin request events are retained while the RadarJobs account is active and are deleted when RadarJobs product data is deleted. Infrastructure security logs may be retained longer when needed to investigate abuse, protect the Service, meet legal obligations, or establish and defend legal claims.
Plugin connection, signup, and result links carry OpenAI plugin campaign attribution. Revenir may associate those events and later Revenir website or app activity with your RadarJobs account. OpenAI separately processes your conversation and plugin interactions under its policies and your account or workspace settings.
You can disconnect RadarJobs in ChatGPT, which revokes the connected OAuth grant. Deleting RadarJobs through the existing account controls also removes the associated plugin grants and tokens; legal, security, and financial records may be retained where required. Contact support@revenirdata.com with privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or plugin support.
