Radar developer resources and account API

A filtered developer OpenAPI document now exposes the public opportunity, preview and taxonomy contract. New read-only resources serve cached service observations, plan policy and dated quality-audit counts. API accounts can submit durable support and source-gap reports through the existing support service.

For your integration

Existing REST opportunity endpoints, MCP tools and billing rules remain in place. No endpoint migration is required. Status observations describe bounded checks, not continuous uptime or a dataset-freshness guarantee.

Behavior and classification fix

Contract work-structure filtering follows source evidence

Radar REST V1 and shared opportunity classification

Work-structure projection and filtering now apply the same source-aware normalization. The ongoing_contract filter also includes fixed-duration contract work. Upwork records use the source-specific compensation and engagement evidence when deriving work structure.

For your integration

No endpoint migration is required. Integrations using work_structure=ongoing_contract should allow contract_duration results and review any assumptions that treated all fixed-duration work as fixed-price projects.
